Your credit card will be charged the same day we enter your order on our system, usually within one business day. This way you can be sure that we have received your order and it has been processed.

Subscription Questions

When does my subscription begin?

We will process your order promptly. We ship through the U. S. Postal Service, using their bulk mail service. Your subscription will begin with the current published issue of the magazine. If you would like your subscription to begin with the next issue, please let us know at the time of your order.

If you have not received your first issue from us within ten weeks (published bi-monthly), simply email customer service or call our customer service number, 724-924-4404, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern time, and a representative will be happy to assist you.

I'm moving. How do I change my address?

Please keep in mind that we need at least six to eight weeks notice to make certain that your magazine arrives on time at a changed address.

To change your address via email: Please email customer service with both your old address and your new address and the approximate date of your move.

To change your address by mail: Send us your old address, preferably by attaching your label, and your new address. Please be sure to include the effective date of your address change. Mail to:

Learning Through History
Change of Address
P.O. Box 1858
Cranberry TWP PA, 16066-0858

Missed an issue because of a move:

We can not replace missed issues of Learning Through History because of a change of address address. It is too costly for us to do so. We will replace a missed issue for $4.50 including shipping. Please contact customer service for information on how to take advantage of the "subscriber moved replacement offer". Address changes that we are notified of prior to the ship date of an issue will be honored if the current issue is shipped to your old address. We hope you understand this policy.

How can I renew my subscription?

We always want to provide our customers with continuous service; therefore, we send renewal notices to you via email or mail prior to the end of your subscription, just to be sure that you have ample time to renew. You can reply to one of these notices or you can renew online.

To renew your subscription by telephone, please call 1-888-852-1751, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern time.

To renew online, click here.

My issue never arrived or was damaged.

If it is several weeks after the cover date and you still have not received your issue or it was damaged in the mail, send an email explaining the problem to customer service and request a replacement issue. We will investigate the problem and send you another copy.
